Special Situations

If you are currently attending Parkland and would like to apply to a health career professions program (eg. Nursing, Massage Therapy, etc.), please obtain a Health Career Request Form from the office of Admissions and Records (A165).

If you would like to change your program of study, please see a Counselor or an Academic Advisor to obtain a Program Code Change Form.
